Using modelling clay for the characters and canvasses for the scenery, teams bring to life their own scaled-down, cinematic masterpieces. Later, everyone watches the edited films back-to-back for an hilarious Oscar-style finale.

Team building animation provides instant collaboration
Each team must agree on a theme or subject, script, characters and general direction. Using a storyboarding process, the plan comes together with the frenzy of inspiration. Teams can base their movie ideas on a particular business theme or conference objective you give them or just let their imaginations fly. Participants can get to express and interpret what company values or visions mean to them.
This animation team building activity has a quick and easy set-up and requires no extra space. Everything can be done around normal meeting room tables.
There are roles for everyone with animation team building
There are roles for every member of your team, to perfectly suit personal skill sets and preferences. It’s all ‘hands on deck’ as you will need:

to name just a few! There really is lots to do and everyone will be involved from beginning to end.
In a flurry of action, each team will set to work so the actual filming can get started. Background canvasses will need to be painted. Modelling clay will transform into your cast of characters and everything else you require will need to be collected from the mini craft shop we provide.

While set preparation starts, your designated camera operators will attend a quick briefing with our expert to go over the simple guidelines to the iPad technology. Stop motion is the fun process of taking a photograph, moving your characters slightly and then repeating this. When played back, your wonderful characters will come to life and move just as you wish. Our instructors are always on hand throughout the entire event to answer any questions, give tips and keep everything flowing.

There is never a dull moment with team building animation. Just like any business project, teams may need to re-evaluate their plans, change their predicted outcomes and roll with any unforeseen challenges. What about changing the lighting? Over coffee, our technical wizard will quickly edit your finished mini-films, add very glamorous opening titles and may even provide named credits at the end. By the time you’ve grabbed a coffee or a well-earned drink, it will be time to reconvene for your own personal film premiere!
Another popular option is to show the films later – before, during or after dinner. Whenever you decide to view your movies, the result is always the same: cheers, laughs and lots of applause for each and every piece of movie magic.
